Q: My friend and i are planning to go to 7 day tour. It starts on dec.31. It says check the date due to holiday season. Is it definite? Can i book now? We want to be back home by jan8 for a bday thats why we dont want the jan3 but instead we prefer the dec.31. Is there possibility it will be cancelled?

You can start your reservation process now if your travel plan is set. It usually takes 1-2 business days for us to confirm a reservation. We will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances.

Q: Hi there, I am interested in doing this tour in November. But I will be staying near LAX (airport) and I wanted to know if it will be really difficult to get to the nearest pick up point early in the morning for this tour? I am on a limited budget, so dont want to take a taxi, but would rather use buses/subway. Do you think this is do-able, or should I book another tour? The closest pick up from Los Angeles airport is 6:45am Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
It is approximately 30 minutes away (depending on traffic).

Since it's a tour package, you have to follow the assigned schedule. If you choose to end the tour at one point, you won't be able to catch another tour without paying the tour cost.

Q: Hello! My international flight arriving in LAX at about 8.50pm, if there's no delay, should be able to reach the Exit Area before 9.30pm for the complimentary transfer, my question is if there's some unforeseen circumstances delay my exit to the Exit Area pass 9.30pm, do I need to book in advance requesting to inform the delay or if I don't book in advance can I on the spot request the transfer? And if I book in advance and didn't pass the complimentary transfer time, then how will the payment in advance be settled? On the final day of the tour, it ends in LA, if I want to travel to San Francisco the night itself by bus, can you please advise what time bus ticket should I buy and which drop off point has the closes bus station to travel to? The complimentary international airport pick up is between 8:30am - 9:30pm. If you want the pick up service, you have to schedule with us in advance. If for some reason there's a significant delay in your flight, you'll miss our pick up service and you will need to arrange your own transportation. Since the service is complimentary and we don't charge anything for it, we will not provide any refund or compensation if you miss it.
The only shuttle we have from LA to San Francisco is departing at 10:00am daily. You can view the detail here:

take you to a restaurant.
They do not make special drop offs at certain restaurants.
